The lead-up to Christmas is a great time to buy, with owners hoping to offload their home ahead of the holiday period or to avoid paying land tax for the new year, Domain reports.
Along with sinking auction clearance rates and a smaller deficit in listings, this holiday season is shaping up to be a great time to purchase a property.
Sydney realty experts tell Daily Mail Australia December is a smart time to buy into the property market as owners are motivated to sell quickly before the shut down of market from mid December to mid January and ‘people generally want to emotionally be settled before the end of year.’
