ugly_houseThe property that’s been on the market for FOUR years – even after the owners slashed the asking price by 30 per cent. A South Australian property with the longest days on the market has been available for an outrageous four years. The home, at two Rankine Street in Strathalbyn has been discounted by 30 per cent since its listing in July 2011. It also sits at eight on the SQM top ten list of discounted properties – likely due to its lengthy time on the market.
