Housing prices continue to rise

house-jenga-Housing prices have continued to head higher, with prices rising in all capital cities except Hobart and Darwin.
April’s rise came in at 1.7 per cent, on average, in the capitals, but the trend is slowing, according to CoreLogic RP Data’s Home Value Index on Monday.
